after CISAddSearchQuery -> CISExecuteQuery, then how to clear added conditions?

HI! All,

I'm a starter and want to use Capture TCL/TK for execute cis query .

at the first time

I added some condition to CISAddSearchQuery , then execute CISExecuteQuery  & CISExplorerSelectOption by tcl  to  create symbol , 

at the second time ,

how to "clear"  first time added conditions by tcl.  

then execute  query database , to create symbol. 

 Is there anyone help? Thanks a lot
