Update Place Replicate module without mirror

Hi,

I have used Place Replicate to repeat a piece of layout on top and bottom layers.

Then gone into the .mdd to make some changes. When I go "Place > Update > Place replicate modules" it flips all of the modules to the top layer.

Is there a way to update the modules where they stay on the layer they were placed on?
