Constraint manager rules are reset/emptied when design sync (PCB-Schematic) is performed in 17.4 S012

I am using OrCAD 17.4 S012. I have certain rules set in constraint manager in PCB. I performed a couple of pin swaps at PCB and wanted the changes to sync with the schematic. When I perform design sync and open constraint manager in schematic the rules are emptied and I have to set the rules again and then perform design sync from sch to PCB

How to retain the constraint manager values when performing the design sync operation from PCB to a schematic?
