Problems generating the simulation model of a diode

I'm basically drowning in a glass of water, but cannot figure this out.

I am trying to model a LED diode using the Model editor.

Generated a new Diode in Device characteristic curve mode, specified the voltage/forward current pairs. No other modifications, Extracted parameters, saved the model.

Generated a symbol, associated the model and populated the PSPICE template.

When I simulate I get a current which is 93mA instead of the expected less than 6mA. Doing some further sim, I see that the current is around 22.2 times the expected one.

So the question is: What am I doing wrong or have misunderstood here?
Thanks

Ahem solved thanks to support from the Pspice forum.

Issue is that the model editor does leave the ISR parameter not 0, so there is the reverse current interfering. Once ISR is set to 0, everything works as expected
