Solder Mask over Vias selectively

Hi

I have a couple of through hole 0.3mm diameter vias and one blind via with 2mm diameter.

I want to have soldermask on these small through hole vias but not on blind via. 

Is it possible to define solder mask openings for these vias separately in output files?

    You need to edit the board data to change the Padstack instance, Tools>Padstack>Modify Design Padstack, left-click the Padstack in the canvas to select it, go to Options and set Instance (if only the selected Via needs to change), or Definition (if you want all of the Vias using that Padstack to change), then use the Edit button in Options to start the Padstack Editor, make the changes, File>Update to Design and Exit once the Padstack Editor changes have been made, right-click>Done in the PCB Editor canvas to accept the change.
