OrCad CIS temperature field shows "°C"

Hello,

I would like to ask about the issue in OrCad 16.6-S071(v16-6-112Fz).

When I load components from library, I am getting an unexpected character in temperature field, always beside °C. When the same database is loaded to different computer with the same installation (colleagues computer) it does not show the Â character. Also when .dsn is saved on colleague's computer and I run update part status on mine, I need to approve all the changes in temperature field, adding the  characters.

What I tried:
* taking Capture.ini from working instance of Cadence CIS
* reinstalling Cadence
* changing keyboard settings

When I go to part properties I see the unwanted characters in Temperature field:

When I edit the field (text cursor is active) I see the field as it should be. After I leave the cell it will go to previous state.

Here is a copy-paste of the content:  -40°C to 85Â

Thank you for the help.

    It seems that Windows local settings were causing the issue.

    After changing the local settings to English ( with . decimal character) and disabling "Beta: Use unicode UTGF-8.." it started to work.

    Some steps might not be necessary.
