Trouble opening up Pspice 17.4

I recently downloaded the 17.4 version of Pspice, and while I was able to open it earlier, now it just keeps showing this message whenever I try to open it up. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

    Check the debug.log for the Cadence License Manager, default location is C:\Cadence\LicenseManager. This will have the reason that the license manager service isn't running.
