Hi,

I keep getting these error messages with my netlist when i try to simulate in a simple double pulse test circuit.

There cannot be white space between the Function Name and the Parameters list: I1(VDS,VDIS). The "I" expressions use two parameters in all cases but they don't all have two parameters in the parameter list. GICH1 has 4 defining expressions, hence the "has already been defined" message. The value for an intrinsic C component must have a constant as the value, like CGS has, a variable capacitor, for CGD, will need to be modelled with ABM components.
