Electrical constrain difference

Hi All. 

In cadence allegro constrain manager electrical constrain having multiple  type, total etch length/min=max propagation delay/ relative  propagation delay.  Any one explanation  the difference  and purpose  of uses in design.? Thank you.

    Open constraint manager - Analyze - analysis modes - electrical and you see list of constraints names to be enabled. next to the each constraint name you would see 'i' icon (marked in red in image) if mouse hovered and it explains what the constraint is or refer the constraint manager user manual.
