Default Titleblock Error

while trying to add titleblock, I don't know what I exactly did, but now I get the following error whenever It try to open a new project

or copy a page to another page. 
this is really annoying whenever I try to do anything with Orcad. how do I fix it?

  • Couple of things.

    1.Make sure the library path is correct

    2. Looks like you are using dropbox. Is the file downloaded to your computer? 

    3. Error shows it trying to open a lock file, not the library. Might be caused by not having write permissions to the path.
