urgent: Orcad 17.4 Allegro PCB reviewer can not open after double click

I try all .exe file in Tool\bin , all the other one can pop up window except allegro viewer.

Going to task manager in Win10, I saw allegro.exe pop out for 10 sec, then disappear. 

Any one can help me?

    At least , any files can help diagnose what happen?
