Differential pair routing rules for USB3.1

Hi,

I am trying to route the differential pairs of USB 3.1 but having trouble with that.

I have set rules for differential pair as follows:

Line Min width = Line max width = 15 mil

Neck min width = 5mil

Neck max length = 50 mil

Differential Pair Min Line spacing = 5mil

Differential Pair Primary Gap = 10 mil

Differential Pair Neck Gap = 0 mil

Differential Pair Tolerance = +/- 5mil

But when I try to route the differential pair to the IC pins, it does not allow me. I am attaching picture of that as well.

I am using USB5744 IC, QFN package.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue ?

Thanks

As per the datasheet of USB5744 IC, pitch is 0.40mm~15mils. In the constraints you have set the line width is 15mils and primary gap is 10mils. These constraints cannot be achieved due over size in constraint value. Reduce the either of the values to route.
