How to detect some specific via that I'm not intended

Hi All

there is the problem below, my intension is keeping the power shape area statically without any intrusion of shape.

but the board size is too large to have to use dynamic shape for power shape (it is hard to assign manually)

but after assigning the shape, I need to find out the vias which break the power shape boundary. and I want to create DRC or any way to check that point.

how to detect that points in my board? then I will move that vias to other place for keeping Power shape boundary
