Has anyone figured out how to do this? I don't see anyplace that I can actually select them, according to the Help this is the procedure:

Menu Path

Display - Waive DRCs - Waive  ( I don't have this option in my Display window but under Setup>Display Tab I do see a button  " Waived DRC's ) and this doews nothing as far as I can see.

What am I missing here?
 Thanks
Paulk

Are you sure you are using the new 15.5.1 menu? It sounds like you might be pointing to an older copy.

    Paul,

To waive a drc,  go to pull-down menu,  Display => Waive Drcs => Waive.  Then just select a drc marker and it will be waived and disappear.  If you want to see it again, you can go to Display = Waive Drc => Show, and it will redisplay a drc marker that is rotated 90 degrees to indicate that it has been waived.  You can also restore(undo) all or individual waived DRCs from the same pull-down menu.

Also, to see waived DRC status go to Setup => Drawing Options (status tab)

Sorry Paul, it appears I misread you post.   I concur with Tom.  Make sure your menus are up to date.  If you have custom menus defined by a CDS_SITE,  you will need to incorporate the changes found in the new 15.5.1 menus.  The defalult Allegro menu is located at:

That was it Randy, we've modified our menus since 14.2 and we are now pointing to the old menu not the 15.5.1 menu. We just loaded 15.5.1 this week and that was one of a few things that we missed.

       Thanks for the help

Oops, thanks to you also Tom.  I'm just getting started on this "new" forum and it will take some getting use to not seeing the replys as I type up my reply.
