Unable to Install Allegro Physical Viewer 17.4.

I am unable to install Allegro Physical Viewer 17.4 (Cadence pcb Viewer 2019). I am unable to view installation directory. After I choose to install, the error message shows up.

Before this installation, I have once successfully install it. But I don't know how to open it, so I decide to delete everything and run the PCBviewer.exe again as I thought there is something missing.

Appreciated if anyone can help.
