How to measure drill to drill spacing?

Is there a way to measure the spacing between drill to drill? I measure the distance between the drill holes' edge. The "show measure" feature is only showing the pad to pad spacing, but what the manufactures care is the distance between the drill to drill. Currently, I have to measure the center-to-center distance between two holes and then minus their drill radius. Is there a Allegro feature or SKILL to do that kind of measurment?
