Table template can be filled automatically

I want to create a table template, which is added into symbol file, .dra. Info contained in the table is, e.g. applied pads name, auther name, date and so on. Every time when this table is added, the info can also be added automatically, just like Ref Des. Does anybody know how the table template can be implemented?

One way I thought is to add a new property to pad and the template can read value under this property.

Let me explain the question in another way. Firstly, how to set up a template that can format the text which is read from text file, word or excel.

Furthermore, is it possible that some info read from somewhere they are already existing, like Ref Des, it is input from netlist.
