Database Check Error - Ratsnest lines are out of date

Brd was moved from 17.2 to 17.4, new constraints imported, and artwork won't run due to this error repeated 67 times:

ERROR: in NET net name = DDR_BL2_DM

  WARNING(SPMHDB-43): Ratsnest lines are out of date.
   Error was fixed.

I can only run artwork if I uncheck the "Check database before artwork" box
ODB++ runs fine as well.
If it says the error was fixed, why isn't it fixed? Every time I run dbdoctor, I get the same 67 errors.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
