Missing Components in the PCB Layout

I have a schematic and a previous version of the layout from the schematic. The layout does not have a few components from the schematic. I created the netlist successfully in OrCAD Capture and imported the new netlist successfully into OrCAD PCB Editor. After this step, when I click on place components, the software is not showing any new components to place. This is where I am having issue.
