The default location of orCAD Capture library Pin Number is incorrect

The default position of the pin number is incorrect.

Check which version you are using from the Start Page or Help - About. If memory serves me correctly this used to be an issue but has been fixed in a hotfix. Get the latest version from either Download Manager or http://support.cadence.com

Has been updated to 023; this problem only occurs when the lib is created; it is normal in the schematic. It should be a bug.
