No Intersheet refs with complex hierarchy

archive
archive over 19 years ago

Cadence states there is "no support" for intersheet references in complex hierarchies. If you try it you get erroneous annotations. Complex hierarchy is the major reason to go hierarchical at all, and you can't read the schematic without offsheet refs.

Cadence apparently has no intention of fixing this glaring omission which has been noted for some time on sourcelink. Is Capture a toy or what?

Anyone have any workarounds?
