BGA footprints for Xilinx FPGAs

archive

Hi:  I checked the BGA library for Orcad Layout Plus and it seems hopelessly incomplete. In particular, there are no BGA footprints for Xilinx FPGAs. Is there a place on the internet where I can find more up-to-date footprint libraries for Layout, and in particular Xilinx footprints?

Thank you --Wojtek Skulski

Thank you for directing me to www.accelerated-designs.com. I downloaded their example Layout library and there is a 1-mm pitch BGA footprint there. Close to what I need, will save me some time. Thanks a lot! -- Wojtek
