Ultiboard translation

Has anyone successfully imported an Ultiboard design into Allegro Design Entry HDL and/or Allegro Layout?

I can probably achieve basic Layout transfer with DXF or Gerber. Schematic transfer will, undoubtably, be much more difficult.

Alternatively, Has anyone had experience with translation of Ultiboard designs using RSI?
