15.7 constraint manager crashing

Has anybody experience this problem (below) please help!!

From the Concept side of constraint

manager try to assign an ECset to a net from the drop down box. When

you do this Constraint manager closes instantly without saving any

changed data. I have not found a way to assign ECsets to a net in the

new tool.
