Any have idea that how to control blind via constraints. as want partialoverlapping of blind/buried via of same net and keep it away from other by 4 mil. when i did that there were lot of DRCs.
Any body has any idea.

    create a seperate rule for a net.

    give it a NST[net spacing type], create a spacing rule w/ a set minimum blind buried gap to 0, and update your table to follow the new rules.

    or turn off net spacing rule, if you need to overlap.
