Error message # 24??

I am trying to load a netlist from a translated pcb from Orcad 9.1 to allegro 15.7. When loading the netlist I get this error message........ Does anyone know what this means?

     Packager files not found

    Assuming that you're using Files->Import->Logic in Allegro you need to be sure the "Import Directory" is set the the directory that holds the file "pstxnet.dat"
