Fanout question

Hi, I have a BGA which has been fanout at board level not library level, all the vias are the same and go through Top to Bottom. I want to replace some of those by blind vias, which I have already defined, but I can't select the vias by going through Edit->Change. Does anybody know how to accomplish this? Thank's Regards.

    Tools -> Padstack -> Replace

    Ensure that "single via replace mode" is checked

    Thank's for quick reply, as you can see in the attached pic "Single via replace" is not enabled. What can be done? For example what should I do to replace the via showed in the image? Thank's Regards

    You need to select a via before the single via replace mode is enabled.

    There is a SKILL Routine available that allows you to replace via padstacks by window which works really well. You may want to give it a try.

    It is available on Cadence Sourcelink and here is the URL link to the SKILL Routine:

    http://sourcelink.cadence.com/docs/files/SKILL/Allegro_SKILL_Code/replace_via.il

    Hope this helps,
