Orcad Capture

I am using Orcad Capture version 9.2. When I create netlist from the schematic, some net names change and some nets split in 2 difference names.

Is this a hierarchical design? This can cause nets to split if they are in different blocks. for the net name change, look of net aliases, or block port names.
