Cannot generate allegro netlist

I use capture CIS to draw my schematic, and I have generate other form netlist,.However, I cannot generate allegro netlist. I do not know why. the session log reports  that:

As we can  see, the log did not report any error, but it abort the process of the gereration. I really do not know how to deal with this problem, could someboy tell me how to do. thank you !
