Default Part DXF file

Has anyone generated a blank DXF file that has the layers already preset to generate parts by importing into Allegro? I am looking for a basic file that can be used to draw the outlines / pins etc for a part in any measurement unit and can then be translated directly into Allegro 16 to be saved as a part that will have all the height / placement outlines / pins etc in the correct fromats.
