moving mounting holes

Hello,
I have a question on moving mounting holes.  I have a board outline file and I placed some mounting holes on it.   I used placed pin and type in the x y coordinates on the command line and the mounting snapped into place fine. The “show elements” box shows the correct x y location that I typed in.  But if I want to move this hole to another coordinates by using move and type in a new coordinates in the command line,  the hole seems to snap to the correct location  but when looking at the “Show elements box the xy coordinates is off  by a few mils.  All my grids are set to 1.0 mil with 0.0 offset.
Is there something in my set up that’s wrong?
Thanks.

Sounds like an origin issue. Maybe with the PCB or mounting hole origin not where it should be. What about the move, are you selecting to move by origin?

When you move the Mounting Holes, make sure you have "Sym Origin" selected under Options (Point). You might be getting a slight offset, at the moment, because you have the option set to "User Pick" or something else, and you're not selecting the exact center.

If you're using "Sym Origin" now, and still getting the offset when moving, the mounting hole might be offset slightly.

    Good day.
