Dual Grid Enhancement for Pins and non-Pins

Is the user community interested in having dual grid capability within Design Entry (Concept)?  I have submitted an enhancement request to allow for grid snap to pins on one grid increment and, at the same time, a different grid snap increment on non-pin items (ie. text).  For example, the pisn may be placed on .200 inch grid while the text may be placed on .050 inch grid with both being active concurrently.
