net line spacing

I am using ver. 16.0.
I have a diff pair nets X and Y with primary line spacing of 10 mils. I want
nets X and Y to be 20 mils from all other nets. How do I set that up in
the constraint manager?

    Jim,
    set up a spacing constraint for 20 mil line to line spacing. attach property SPACING_CONSTRAINT_SET = "name"
    and DIFFP_MIN_SPACE = 10 MIL.
