APD Design File(.mcm) processing problem

Hi,
We have an online tool to convert .brd to .mcm, which uses the following script(script_in.scr) code (blue colored):
open sample1.brd
save_as
fillin sample1.mcm
exit

and the command used to extract is : "allegro_expert -s scriptfilepath\script_in"

This code works fine on allegro version 15.7, but not on version 16.01.
Can anyone please let me know, how would this be resolved.
