wrong MOSFET characteristic

Hi, I would like to understand why I can't correctly display the characteristic of a level 3 SPICE model MOSFET.
This is the setting with the characteristic.

Thanks for your availability

What are you expecting to see? The plot is correct for the settings that you have, the X-Axis is the Primary Sweep, the Y-Axis is the value of I(M1:drain) and there is one curve for each of the three values in the Value List of the Secondary Sweep.

I don't understand the trend in the triode region.
The trend of a common MOSFET is not that. As for the level 1 SPICE models I don't have this problem, the simulation has the typical trend of MOSFETs. But I would like to use level 3 models which take into account further effects. Is this the correct setting to operate a level 3 model?
