Simulating Noise in OrCAD PSpice

DesignTech
DesignTech over 3 years ago

Generally, circuit simulation is performed with ideal conditions. However, every circuit faces noise in its field conditions, which affects its behavior and functionality.

Simulating noise by combining additional circuity or sources can be complicated and time consuming. PSpice offers configurable noise sources and randomization functions to easily incorporate noise effects into your circuit.

You can use a noise source to incorporate random noise or use Randomization Functions for Transient and DC Analysis (RNDR).

To get detailed step-by-step instructions on how to use these functions, click here.
