Unable to create accurate waveform after preforming the extract parameter function in OrCAD Model editor

I am trying to create a mosfet part using the OrCAD Model editor device characteristic curve, but after providing the required parameters when i perform the Extract parameter function to tool is not generating the characteristic curve as per my entered parameters. How to create the mosfet part exactly as the parameters entered in the model editor.

I found this article related to MOSFET characteristics in PSpice, this might help.

Determining C-V Characteristics of MOSFET using PSpice Analysis (cadence.com)

Thank you for your reply, but still i am not able to figure out why the device characteristics curve of the model editor is not updating based on the input parameters while creating the MOSFET model. In OrCAD Model Editor, after entering the required parameters for creating the MOSFET, i had went to tool and selected the Extract Parameter option. The device characteristic waveform is updating but not according to my parameters entered. I had given the parameters such as Junction Capacitance, forward current etc. as per datasheet of the MOSFET part.
