How to stop Capture users from grabbing PSPICE license

My organization has 1 PSpice licence, and I am the only regular user. However, it seems that other Capture users will automatically grab the PSpice license when opening the program, even though they are not opening a PSpice design.

Every time I try to use PSpice, I have to ask IT who has the license.

How can we make Capture stop grabbing the PSpice license for users that don't need it?

It might happen if they have selected the pspice license as their default. If you open capture, you can go to File-> Change Product and there you can select only capture license and check use as default option to use it everytime you invoke the tool.
Those who dont use pspice they should then select only capture license and use it as default.

Flexera/Revenera (the license server people that Cadence uses) have an options file on the server side that manages who can check out particular tokens.
