Unknown parameter error may come due to multiple reasons like parameter incorrectly defined or there is a space in parameter value, e.g. 1K is written as 1 K as value for resistor.
Since just from the .out file I cannot confirm the exact reason for this error.  We may need some more data hence will be contacting you through separate channel of communication.

The Value field for the schematic parts should be "just that" to simulate. You can see that the parts that have only a value are accepted but the parts that have "<value> 50V" are not accepted since the simulator has no idea how to process 50V in the Part Value.

Since the space character is a delimiter, "10K" is a value but "10 K" is 10 and "something else" which get interpreted as a parameter that isn't valid.

Try giving temperature coefficients separately, i.e, TC1=0 TC2=0.
