Voltage doubler Capacitance values

I have an astable multivibrator that produces 5v square wave input to the push-pull and the voltage doubler part of the circuit. Now somehow the simulation works at 0.1uF capacitors for the voltage doubler, but I do not understand how to select the values for the capacitor when I have an input at 32.3kHz.my max current load will be 60mA. I am essentially building this to power Opampms in my circuit....OPA4140

I have the screenshot in a zip file too if you cant see via the link

This circuit will not double the voltage but comes close if the load current is very low. Fast switching Shottky diodes are a must to keep their drops low and support the high surge currents through them. The input push-pull stage current drive and response time are also important. The following two equations can get you started estimating C3 and C4.

    Vout(Avg) = 10 - Vd1 - Vd2 - 60mA / (C3 x 32.3kHz)

    Vout(P-P ripple) = 60mA / (C4 x 32.3kHz)
