File Associations in Windows

After installing PSPICE for TI (17.4) under Windows 10, the DSN and OPJ file types are associated with PSPICE, but (double-)clicking such files doesn't open them in PSPICE; the files can only be opened from within PSPICE.  Is some further action needed to complete the file associations, or is this a known or intentional limitation?

The Choose defaults by file type option is found in the Windows 11 Settings:
Right-click the Start button (or use the WIN+X keyboard shortcut) and select Settings. The hotkey WIN+i works, too.
Select Apps from the left panel, and then Default apps from the right.
    Apps settings for Windows 11
Scroll to the very bottom, and select Choose defaults by file type.
Choose defaults by file type link in Windows 11 settings
Click or tap one of the file types in the list.
Pick a program from the pop-up list, or choose Look for an app in the Microsoft Store.
How do you want to open mp4 files from now on prompt
Select OK to save. From now on, Windows will now open that program when you open a file with that extension from File Explorer.

Both .dsn and .opj file types are already associated with "OrCAD Capture" (the only choice in the pop-up list other than "Look for an app in the Microsoft Store"), but these files do not open in PSPICE for TI when (double-)clilcked. I am using Windows 10.

P.S. Now it's working as it should. I am not aware of anything having changed, but am grateful that it now works.  Thanks for your help!
