Model ADA4351 - Errors in Model

Dear All,

For once again models provided in the following link https://www.pspice.com/models/analog-devices are not working.

It is the second time I am encountering a similar issue. I am not a specialist in the models editing process but I would expect as a minimum somebody to have already cheched that models provided are actually working as well in PSpice of Cadence.

In your application here also a text file is not accepted for uploading, this is interesting as well...

So I am uploading the entire text of the errors that I encountered by running a simple simulation of the ADA4351, after downloading the model provided by the site mentioned above.

I would appreciate any help is resolving the issue and be able to perform the simulation.

    Sorry your post was flagged as potentially being spam (I think due to the repeated text); unfortunately the small number of false positives is the price we need to pay for the large number of genuine spam posts that get caught by the automated mechanisms.

    This model will not work in PSpice. In the header of that model you'll find " *Tested on LTSpice ".

    From Analog Devices ADA4351-2 webpage:

    Models for the following parts are available in LTspice:
    ADA4351

    Then, it shall be removed from the https://www.pspice.com/models/analog-devices since it is not compatible with the PSpice.

    Just to update - on reading the output logs, i can see that parameter noiseless and ron are being flagged. The simulation was run in PSpice 22.1 release.

    'Noiseless' parameter is used to remove the component's noise from simulation - the support for the same had been added in PSpice 23.1.003 release.

    'ron' parameter is for an ideal/behavioral diode - the support for the same is now added in PSpice 24.1 release.

    Kindly update to latest version of PSpice.

    What I take away from your reply is that Cadence is adding features from LTspice into PSpice.  Are there any other ones you know about?
