Create nonlinear capacitor model

Hi!

I am fairly new to spice modeling and also PSpice.

I am trying to understand how to create my own component gor use in Orcad Capture 22.

What I am trying to achieve is basically a capacitor with a nonlinear parallel resistance. The resistance is high at low voltages (about 1-6V), then lineararly decrease up to maybe 50V. After 50V it is flat.

What I would like to also define is the capacitance based on parameters thickness and diameter.

Are there any usable tutorials on how to do this in Orcad Capture 22?

The value of your capacitor can be defined by a math expression made from parameters and built in functions.  A voltage dependent resistor can be made from a G part whose current is controlled by its terminal voltage through a VALUE expression.  The information on how to do this is contained in the documentation that came with your software installation.  Although not explicitly related to your application you can find it in the PSpice User Guide and PSpice Reference manual.
