Invalid Number, Compare(-nan(ind),0) Error when Running Infineon IPDD60R050G7 L3 Model

I'm encountering an issue while trying to run the IPDD60R050G7 L3 model from Infineon in Pspice. Specifically, I'm getting the following error message: "Invalid Number, Compare(-nan(ind),0)".

I've checked the model file for any obvious errors or omissions, but I haven't been able to identify the problem. Could this be an issue with the model itself, or am I possibly overlooking something?

    Try setting ABSTOL to 1n and run the simulation - it should work. If it doesnt, try increasing ITL4=40.

    We also have a nifty .option to find and list expressions used in models which might create convergence issue. Try the below option (include it in the netlist)

    .OPTIONS EXPR_DEBUG

    Using this i got the warning as below. Although setting ABSTOL to 1n made the simulation to work.

    WARNING(ORPSIM-16608): Expression {(a*exp(fpar18-3.3))*exp(((((V(3#)+273)/273)-1)*1.11)/(((V(3#)+273)*fpar20*fpar37)))*((V(3#)+273)/273)**(3/fpar20)*(exp(V(2#,dio)/((V(3#)+273)*fpar20*fpar37)-1))} evaluates to an abnormal value leading to numeric overflow/underflow at time 10.05E-06.
    This expression appears in context of device X_M1.X1.G_Dio and evaluates to value 2.3982e+292.
    Value of operands passed to the expression evaluator:
    X_M1.X1.fpar18=-27.67 CONSTANT=273 CONSTANT=1 CONSTANT=1.11 X_M1.X1.fpar20=1.09
    X_M1.X1.fpar37=8.58e-05 CONSTANT=3 CONSTANT=3.3
