How to create new PIN diode PSPICE model from datasheet

Agupta

I want to create a PSPICE model for a specific PIN diode from it's datasheet, that does not have all the information required by the model editor to create an accurate model. Can someone please help me on how to do it for a datasheet that does not contain information about the following parameters:

XTI, FC, EG, BV, IBV, I, N, TT, etc.

If the specific parameter values are not give in the datasheet you can also use the device characteristic curve method to create the model, if you have the required graphs in the datasheet.

Else you can use the default values for those parameters and if you need to generate the exact model, you can as the manufacturer for the values of these parameters.
