Creating a Power MOSFET SPICE Model

Hi. I just installed the free trial of ORCAD to try to create a power Mosfet spice model. According to the product documentation you can add the parameterized Mosfet using the power mosfet modelling application interface. I realized that the

modeling application  is not available. Is there any way to do

this?

In the first image that you have shared. You need to click on Modeling Application.. menu. It is not greyed out, so clicking on that should open Mod App window in the right hand side panel.

From the image it looks like you are going into Discrete option and selecting Power NMOS and not Modeling Application. Check the highlighted option in below image.
