create spice model for rf filter

I searched for a spice model for LFL182G45TC1A108 but couldn't find one. I want to create a two-terminal filter model by taking a plot from the graphic. Is this possible in the pSPICE model editor?

I think we can model the output/input ratio as a two terminal black box with datapoints that are frequency dependent in terms of power. Also, it wouldn't be bad to make an RLC passive filter out of this model. I'm sure someone here knows how to do that.
