Electrothermal model in MbreakN or other mosfet models?

Hello, I am trying to simulate electrothermal model in MOSFET for MbreakN model found in Pspice, however, I couldn't find a way to connect this component with a self built RC cauer model. I came to an understanding that the dynamic temperature cannot be passed as argument in MbreakN. Is there any way to do this, or any model which already has existing integrated electrothermal coupling where other parameters could be varied arbitarily? I have found some specific industrial models designed for their own products but I want to know if it is possible in some arbitary models. So far I have used ABM to model a simple MOS equation with cauer model connected to it, but this could increase the difficulty when a compact MOSFET model is required.

Thank you.
