PSpice for TI Installation Fails - HTTP 403 Forbidden

Hello Cadence Support,

I am trying to install PSpice for TI after receiving my approved access key from Texas Instruments.

The installer fails with this error:

Error Code: HTTP 403 Forbidden

URL: https://pcb.cadence.com/startPages/PSpiceTI_data/TI_URLs.txt

The same URL returns HTTP 403 Forbidden when accessed directly through a web browser.

Our IT department has tested multiple computers and reviewed our network security policies without finding a restriction responsible for the failure.

Could you please verify whether this configuration file is accessible on the Cadence server and provide a solution or updated installation procedure?

Thank you.

Subject: PSpice for TI 2024 — VBL License Registration Missing (Error -2089)

PSpice for TI 2024 (23.10.001) has been installed successfully, but Capture cannot obtain its license.

The original TI installation launcher cannot download TI_URLs.txt because the Cadence URL returns HTTP 403 Forbidden.

I downloaded the official installation package from TI's server and verified all 20 files against their published SHA-256 hashes.

    The licensing diagnostic reports:

    • VBL internal error: -2089

    • Registry key Vlt missing (Windows error 2)

    • VBL configuration data not found in the registry

    • Missing TI_PSpice_231 license file

The official Cadence licensing connection-test page reports Successful Connection.

I still have my original registered email address and TI access key.

Please provide the supported procedure to complete VBL user authentication, installation registration, license request, and license download without repeating the full software download.

If a registration repair utility is required, please provide the official utility and instructions.

I have the same issue with Pspice for TI.  TI says this is a Cadence issue.

The installation is "Unable to access the URL required for installation" and it refers to a Cadence URL.

    Please help!
