PSpice for TI installer fails: HTTP 403 Forbidden downloading TI_URLs.txt

ZS202610299347

Hello Cadence Support,

I am unable to install PSpice for TI because the installer cannot download its configuration file.

Installer message:
"Unable to access the URL required for installation"

Failing URL:
pcb.cadence.com/.../TI_URLs.txt

The same URL returns HTTP 403 Forbidden when accessed directly outside the installer.

Observed response details:
- Server: CloudFront
- X-Cache: Error from cloudfront
- HTTP status: 403 Forbidden

The installer’s network check reports that Internet connectivity and TLS 1.2 are available, and that proxy credentials are not required. The problem has been reproduced repeatedly.

Could you please confirm whether access to this object has been intentionally restricted or misconfigured, and either restore access or provide the current official installation procedure / replacement endpoint for PSpice for TI?

I can provide the installer log (cdsPspiceTIlog.txt) if needed.

Thank you.
